room service clean apartment convenient location

the breakfast was brought to the room at my chosen time. there were many options available to me! they even left out my breakfast the night before since i had an early flight! the location was amazing, and the apartment was super new and clean.

The soundproofing wasn't amazing. I could hear some noise from other apartments. though it wasn't too bad!

Amazing Stay with Perfect Location!

The staff was so helpful. They provided local cuisine recommendations. I loved that breakfast was delivered right to the room! The room was super comfortable. It had beautiful views of the square.

There were no closets or drawers for clothes in the detachable bed area. My girls were staying there. Food change is needed! Scrambled eggs were served every day, and juice was the same, despite our five-day stay. It would be nice to have alternatives!

This hotel boasts a fantastic location very close to the metro station! This made it easy to travel around and see all the sights. Everything was so accessible from here. It's a prime spot for exploring.

The breakfast arrives directly to your room at the time you desire. That's a great detail! The room contains a kettle, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There is also an iron and ironing board. It is very useful.

The reception team, including Tomas, Catherine, and Paulo, were very lovely. They greatly facilitated my stay in the city! They are accommodating and friendly. They stand ready to help any time.

I found the breakfast delivery each morning good. The location provided perfect access to everything (I was able to walk everywhere). The apartment was quite spacious.

central location kind staff taxi assistance general cleanliness

the location was central! i found it easy to walk to many main attractions. the staff was really kind. they even helped me book a taxi early in the morning. i appreciated the cleanliness in every area.

The elevator was a bit slow. this wasn't a huge issue. I mostly used the stairs.

my studio balcony room included a small kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator. i also noticed the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, they smelled quite nice. the balcony provided a view of a lively street.

The reception staff was available 24/7. This felt secure. they were quick to answer questions about local restaurants. i thought the provided city map was also very useful for getting around.

The building provided free wifi. It worked well in my room. i saw there was a luggage storage room near reception. i didn't use it but noticed other guests doing so.
